What does a Level 3 session cover?
Typically, level 3 sessions may require extensive troubleshooting typically requiring multiple follow up sessions and several hours of support time.

- ID4 NBT EVO to ID6 Flash
- Restore bricked NBT EVO head unit due to faulty installation/coding
- Salvage Vehicle Rebuild
- Flood damaged vehicle with multiple control units that need to be reprogrammed
- CIC to NBT/EVO Retrofit Flash ZGW and HU (Older F chassis vehicles F01, F02, F10, F11, F12,F13, F06 with build dates from July 2011 – June 2012)

How long does a Level 3 retrofit/repair session take?
Level 3 sessions usually take 2 hours or more and often require extensive troubleshooting and may involve multiple sessions.
What happens if you are not successful in rectifying the issue or coding in the retrofit?
We will work with you to try and rectify the issue and in some cases, a follow up session may be necessary at no additional cost. If we are ultimately unable to rectify your issue, you will receive a refund minus $75 for the technician’s time.
