Typically, level 3 sessions may require extensive troubleshooting typically requiring multiple follow up sessions and several hours of support time.

How long does a Level 3 retrofit/repair session take?
Level 3 sessions usually take 2 hours or more and often require extensive troubleshooting and may involve multiple sessions.
What happens if you are not successful in rectifying the issue or coding in the retrofit?
We will work with you to try and rectify the issue and in some cases, a follow up session may be necessary at no additional cost. If we are ultimately unable to rectify your issue, you will receive a refund minus $75 for the technician’s time.
