What will I need on my end for the remote diagnostic?

You will need a Windows laptop along with an ENET cable (OBDII to RJ45). If you’re using a Mac OS based device, that is fine as well but you will need to have either Parallels or Bootcamp installed onto it as our diagnostic tools can only run in a Windows environment. A Wi-Fi connection that can reach the vehicle from your driveway or garage would be needed as well.

What’s the next step after placing my order?  

You will be provided with a link to our booking page to schedule your remote appointment for the diagnostic and quotation.  Once we have diagnosed the issue, you will be provided with a quote, estimated turnaround time along with the address to send your faulty head unit to for repair.  The cost of the diagnostic will be deducted towards the final repair as a credit.  If the issue is deemed to be software related, we will provide a quote for the service and you have the option to have the work done on the same session or on a separate remote session.  If the head unit is deemed to be irreparable, you will be provided with a quote for a replacement.
