What does a Level 2 session cover?
Typically, Level 2 coding sessions involve working on more complex control units such as the DME or the vehicle’s head unit and at times require modules to be flashed with newer firmware.

- Replace faulty CIC or NBT head unit
- ICM Replacement (Integrated Chassis Management)
- EPS (Steering Rack)
- Control Unit Flash (Not including NBT EVO as this would fall under level 3)
- Race Seat Retrofit
- LCI/LCI2 Headlight Retrofit (F3x and F8x)
- LCI Tail Light Retrofit (F3x and F8x)
- Quizdel Traffic Jam Assistant Retrofit (TJA)

How long does a Level 2 retrofit/repair session take?
Level 2 sessions typically take 1 to 1.5 hours as diagnostics and scans may also be required.
What happens if you are not successful in rectifying the issue or coding in the retrofit?
We will work with you to try and rectify the issue and in some cases, a follow up session may be necessary at no additional cost. If we are ultimately unable to rectify your issue, you will receive a refund minus $50 for the technician’s time.
